We are off to a good start on the Denim Drive. 4th grade is in the lead. Let's keep up the good work. If a neighbor is having a garage sale this weekend , maybe they would consider donating unsold denim. Our goal this year is 300 pieces of denim and our count is 96 as of today.
We are in need of two small pumpkins (cantaloupe size), two medium size pumpkins (basketball size), and two large pumpkins (bigger than a basketball) for Pumpkin Math. All 4th grade students will participate in this activity. Donations will be needed on October 23rd. Please email me if you plan to donate a certain size pumpkin. Thank you in advance for helping make pumpkin math a Great Pumpkin experience.
Due to an upcoming Texas History assignment there will be no Reading Response Log next week. On Monday, your child will learn about the assignment. I have placed a document in my Google Classroom. The Old 300 Letter will be completed at home and is due by October 22nd at 8:00am. Instructions are also provided in the Old 300 Letter document.
