Dear Parents and Students,
What a great time we've had this week! The students really enjoyed the Owl Cupcake procedural text assignment as you can see. A huge thank you to Cindy for making our special cupcakes for a few friends so we could all participate!
Dead Words
Tombstone project is due Friday, October 28th. Students may bring completed tombstones in as early as October 24th. The requirements for this project went home in the previous Tuesday Folder.
Math-tastic!
Next week, in math, we will begin our study of division. Please, please, please if needed, help your child brush up on their multiplication facts so that they don't feel bogged down or overwhelmed by this new concept. We will get to remainders this week. Then next week, we will continue with division but will continue to have dividends that become larger. Fourth graders will be responsible for dividing a four digit number by a one digit number with and without remainders. Thank you for all your support!
