Your students will come home this week with information regarding the Dead Word Funeral. Here is a sample picture of a previous student's work. There are several items at the dollar store this time of year that may be helpful in your child's constructing/crafting of this project. Please be sure your child has each element present on their tombstone or coffin that is outlined on the bright orange information sheet.
We are excited to begin the Denim Drive! We are hoping to exceed 300 items collected! Thank you for supporting and promoting our first Project Based Learning of the year.
The character trait of the month is....empathy.
Thank you for your support as many of you have made your donation to our classroom fund for our parties and various activities through out the year. I appreciate your continued generosity.
For an upcoming science unit, we are using yo-yo's and Mouse Trap board games. If you would be willing to have students use your game, it would be appreciated. Purchasing a yo-yo is optional. We need these items by October 20, and please label with your first and last name.
